Project Overview

Rotterdam, one of Europe’s busiest ports, launched a pipeline and terminal expansion project in 2023. The project involved installing large-diameter pipelines, supporting oil & gas transfer systems, and constructing new port facilities. The contractor needed a robust scaffolding system that could withstand coastal weather, ensure worker safety, and adapt to both pipeline and structural construction.

Scaffolding Solution

Implemented ringlock scaffold system along pipeline routes and terminal structures.

Scaffolding towers and access ladders provided safe entry points for high-level operations.

Scaffold tubes and steel planks were used to build secure working platforms above pipelines.

Essential scaffolding accessories such as clamps and couplers enhanced stability on uneven dock surfaces.
